Online Property Reports are charged per report and payment is processed via a secure gateway using your credit card. This option is best suited for property investors, home owners and buyers who only require property information on an ad hoc or once-off basis.

- Live Deeds Search: Name or Property - R9.00 per search
- Live Deeds Search: Document - R8.50 per page

Property Information Toolkit >
The Property Information Toolkit is a subscription based service, which includes access to the range of online property reports and more advanced property information. This is the most cost-effective option for property professionals such as estate agents, valuers, developers and the like to access Lightstone's extensive property data which assists professionals in their property related business.
Standard Subscription:Our standard subscription fee is R150.00 per month - payable by debit order - which includes a number of inclusive reports* as well as access to retrieve additional 'value add' reports at a nominal per report fee.
The number of inclusive reports on the standard subscription is determined by the contract term you select from the options below:
- Month to Month Contract = 20 inclusive reports per month (a monthly saving of R550)
- 6 Month Contract = 25 inclusive reports per month (a monthly saving of R725)
- 12 Month Contract = 30 inclusive reports per month (a monthly saving of R900)
'Super User' Subscription:
For larger agencies or high-usage users we offer a more cost-effective 'super user' subscription fee of R500.00 per month - payable by debit order - which includes a higher number of inclusive reports* and access to the additional 'value add' reports at a nominal per report fee.
The number of inclusive reports on the 'super user' subscription is determined by the contract term you select from the options below:
- Month to Month Contract = 150 inclusive reports per month (equates to +/- R3.00 a report)
- 6 Month Contract = 175 inclusive reports per month (equates to +/-R2.85 per report )
- 12 Month Contract = 200 inclusive reports per month (equivalent of R2.50 per report)
Inclusive reports are any combination of the following property reports:
- Property Report
- Transfers Report
- Suburb Report
- Estate Report
- Sectional Scheme Report
- Owners in Complex Report
Note: Reports generated in excess of your inclusive bundle per month are charged at R5 per report.
Additional reports not included in the monthly subscription and charged per report or search include:
- Automated Valuation Report - R45.00 per report
- Live Deeds Search: Name or Property - R9.00 per search
- Live Deeds Search: Document - R8.50 per page
- Surveyor General Diagrams - R2.50 per page
- CIPRO Report - R10.00 per search

Risk Assessment Services and Blueprint >
Lightstone's range of Risk Assessment Services are primarily used by financial and credit lending institutions to assess and manage potential risk in property related transactions. These types of organisations also make use of the Blueprint Market Analysis tool for reliable property market monitoring and reporting.
