Job Title: Senior Research Project Manager at Douglas Parker Associates
Location: Cape Town
Salary: Market Related
Role Overview: The candidate will work in association with the Head of Department by taking responsibility of managing the day to day work allocation within his/her team. Play an active role in developing line reports, including training, mentoring and coaching where necessary. Ultimately manage the research process for the client’s projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 4 + years experience in a research environment
- Experience at a research agency
- Tertiary qualification
Key Performance Areas:
- Responsible for multiple key accounts
- People / team responsibility
- Liaise with service departments
- Quality control
- Proactive interaction with clients
- Understand, control and monitor project transactions and costs

- Solid and extensive knowledge of the research process

- Skilled in proposal writing, questionnaire / discussion guide design and reporting
