Job Title: Property Software Sales Consultant
Location: Port Elizabeth
Salary: Competitive Annual Salary plus Commission Structure
Role Overview: Customer-orientated individual required to sell and conduct training for Lightstone's Property Software.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric
- Estate Agency Qualification preferred but not a prerequisite
- Sales experience with sound knowledge and understanding of property market preferred
Technical Skills:
- Ability to work within IT software program so as to give training and support to clients
Non-Technical Skills:
- Ability to work well in a team as well as individually
- Good time management skills and willingness to work to meet sales targets
- Must have mobility / own transport as this position requires extensive client visits
- Excellent telephonic skills required for cold calling and support calls
- Positive outlook on life, work and other people
- Attentive to detail and passionate about sales and working with people
- Excited about learning, pushing technical limits and finding new solutions
