Customer Risk Modeling
The business risk associated with account default, high claims ratios, contract cancellation or low service usage tends to be analysed in a silo fashion; the analyses typically only consider the data specific to the business issue, product or company concerned. However, customer behaviour is driven by a myriad of factors and not assessing a customer holistically can lead to flawed or unreliable conclusions.
Lightstone looks at customer behaviour in the wider consumer and commercial context by integrating client data into the Small World Analytical Network model. By adding additional variables as required, statistically defining risk profiles and adding a logical geographic dimension, Lightstone is able to identify the root cause drivers of business risk.
