Property Profile Key

The Property Profile Key (DropProKey) provides a view of the property profile of each of the ~80,000 Enumerator Areas (EAs) that cover South Africa. The PropProKey is based on property prices, property developments, Sales in Execution and bank lending patterns. It can be aggregated to Suburb, Town, Municipal or Provincial level and reflects:

• The number of properties
• The relative proportion of sectional title properties
• Activity
• Property price ranges
• Property size ranges
• Bond sizes
• Bank market shares
• Price inflation
• First time registrations
