Smart Collections Management
Smart Collections Management is a service whereby we help our clients to improve their collections effectiveness. A natural follow-on to our Proactive Bad Debt Management Service, Smart Collections is essentially the use of the Lightstone automated valuation system in the collections environment. By knowing the likely proceeds of a forced sale, our clients are able to implement more informed and effective collection strategies on a dynamic basis. The system also has application in the management of `properties in possession'.
