Once you have selected a report, the system will prompt you to purchase the required number of ‘Lightstone Credits’ through a secure online credit card gateway.
Note: One Lightstone Credit = R1.00
Valuation reports: 50.00 credits
Transfers report: 35.00 credit
Property report: 35.00 credits
Sectional Scheme report: 35.00 credits
Estate report: 35.00 credits
Suburb reports: 35.00 credits
Live Deeds Search: 6.00 credits
Deeds Office Document Retrieval : 7.50 Credits per page

Lightstone Credits can be purchased in advance through the "Replenish My Account" menu item on the "My Lightstone" tab. The more credits you buy, the greater the bulk discount you earn. Each time you draw a report, credits are deducted from your running ‘credits balance’.
100 credits: R100.00
500 credits: R450.00 (50 Free Lightstone Credits)
2000 credits: R1,600.00 (400 Free Lightstone Credits)
5000 credits: R3,750.00 (1250 Free Lightstone Credits)

Information Toolkit
There are three different packages to choose from if you would like to sign up as a debit order client:
1. Sign up on a month to month contract at a standard monthly fee of R150 (excl. VAT) which entitles you to 20 x Lightstone Reports free per month and a fee of R5 thereafter for every report requested
2. Sign up for a 6 month contact at standard monthly fee of R150 (excl. VAT) and get25x Lightstone Reports free per month and a fee of R5 thereafter for every report requested
3. Sign up for a 12 month contract at standard monthly fee of R150 (excl. VAT) and get 30 x Lightstone Reports free per month and a fee of R5 thereafter for every report requested.
The Lightstone Reports referred to above are made up of any combination of the Property, Suburb, Sectional Scheme, Estate & Transfer reports. Each package comes with its unique number of free reports and all subsequent reports are billed at R5 per report.
